FAQ

After securing the stand to a desk, please attach the monitor first, then hold the sides of monitor with both hands, and rotate vigorously. If that doesn't work out, please do not hesitate to ask for our help.

Please refer to the manual for the gas spring adjustment. Move the arm to the target height and tighten the gas spring tension accordingly. You can adjust the pressure of the gas spring by rotating the inner screw clockwise or counterclockwise.

First, you need to loosen the tilt bolts. Then you hold the bottom of the monitor with one hand and adjust it to determine the angle of inclination you want. Finally, re-tighten the tilt bolt to fix the intended angle.

If your VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, just feel free to relate with us to get a VESA adapter for free. If your VESA exceeds the above range or has no VESA holes, you will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter(model MU0045 in our store).
