All MOUNTUP products including TV wall mounts, monitor mounts and TV stands are covered by 3-years warranty.

Warranty Service

  1. If you receive a defective product, please provide photos or videos of the product and the package. If a replacement is needed, we will send you one at no cost in 1-2 business days vis USPS, UPS or Amazon Logistic.

  2. If products malfunction after a certain time of use, such as tension, tilting, swivel, rotation. Please provide photos or videos showing the issue. We will consult our engineer team and provide solution. If a replacement is needed, we will send you one at no cost in 1-2 business days vis USPS, UPS or Amazon Logistic.

Warranty Exceptions

  1. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

  2. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, failure to follow the instructions and guidelines, etc.

  3. No proof of purchase

  4. Lost or stolen Products

  5. Purchases from unauthorized sellers

  6. Free products

Getting the Warranty Service

To file a warranty claim, please email us first to examine and determine the problem. Please include information including:

  1. The product/model you have
  2. The original purchase number
  3. The issue you are experiencing
  4. When and how the issue occurs
  5. Your installation or adjustment before the issue occurs
