MOUNTUP mounts are compatible with most devices. Please let us know your TV or monitor model # and the mount model #. We will check if they are compatible.

After Sale Questions

Please refer to the user manual and try the solotion below.

1. Loosen the tilting bolt.

2. Hold the bottom of monitor with one hand and adjust to determine your desired tilt angle.

3. Retighten the tilting bolt to fix the intended angle.

If this method doesn't work, please contact us with your monitor mount model # and the monitor model# to help us check. Videos or photos showing the issue are appreciated.

Please try the solotions below.

1. If the arm keeps falling dowm, turn the inside screw counterclockwise(“+”direction) to increase gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended.

2. If the arm keeps rising up, turn the inside screw clockwise(“-”direction) to decrease gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended.

Note: For how many circles the screw should be turned, please refer to the user manual.

In order to ensure the stability of the product, the rotation axis of the product is set with tightness. It will be difficult to rotate it directly by hand. Please install the monitor first, hold both sides of the monitor with both hands, and then rotate the display.
