Return and Refund

All products have a 30-Days Money Back Guarantee. Products need to be in good and complete condition in their original packaging without being used. Please kindly note that we will not be responsible for any lost if return product is lost or stolen during delivery or transit.

If you want to return the item, please contact us at email business@mountup.com and tell us your order number and reasons for the return. We will see what solutions can be offered without returning. If it doesn't work, we will provide you the return address. Please help return the item with the order number included for reference.

Important Note: Please do not return any product directly to the package address. Customers must contact us before returning the item. Returning is required to send to the address we provided. No refund will be issued if the product is sent back to the package address or without approval.

Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

1. If the item or package you receive is missing, defective, wrong or wrong quantity, please take a photo of the shipping label, the packaging box and items inside the box and your order number.

2. If there are item missing, we will resend you the missing parts to you for free.

3. If we ship you the wrong items, we will resend you the correct one and send you a shipping label to return the wrong item back to the address we offer.

4. If the quantity is wrong, we will resend you the missing quantity or refund you if you don’t want us to resend.

Customers will pay the shipping fee customers if:

  1. The product is damaged by customers.
  2. The product is not compatible with their devices. (Not contact us before the purchase).

MOUNTUP will pay the shipping fee if:

  1. We send you the wrong item, defective item, item with missing parts or incorrect quantity.
  2. We recommend you a wrong product that doesn't fit your devices.

Steps to return

  1. Check the item and the package fully and confirm that it needs to be returned.
  2. Contact us at email with your order number and the details. Clear photos of showing the problem will be preferred.
  3. A return shipping address will be sent to you. Please help send the item back to the address we offer and notice us the tracking number.

Refund

A full refund will be issued after we receive the item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method in 24 hours depending on the bank.
