POLITICA DE ENVIOS

Ofrecemos "envío terrestre gratuito" para todos los pedidos en EE. UU. excepto: Alaska, Guam, Hawái y Puerto Rico .

Método de envío:

(1) Los pedidos estándar/pequeños se envían a través de: USPS, UPS y FedEx.

(2) Para artículos grandes, artículos múltiples o pedidos grandes utilizamos transporte LTL .

Tiempo de envío: Envío estándar: 4-6 días hábiles . Envío LTL: 8-10 días naturales.

Una vez que se ha enviado un pedido, no podemos cambiarlo ni modificarlo por ningún motivo. Para pedidos que utilizan el método de envío LTL, si el destinatario solicita cambiar el destino, el envío regresará al remitente y emitiremos un reembolso menos la tarifa de reposición del 20 % .

Tiempo de procesamiento del pedido: 1-2 días hábiles.

Política de devoluciones

1: Si desea devolver un artículo, comuníquese con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente por correo electrónico a (cs@mountup.com) para solicitar una devolución dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega para obtener un reembolso completo. Cuando se comunique con nuestro equipo de soporte, asegúrese de proporcionarles el motivo de su devolución.

2: No se aceptarán devoluciones realizadas sin aprobación ya que tenemos diferentes direcciones de devolución para diferentes productos.

3: Para devoluciones debido al arrepentimiento del comprador (es decir, pedido por error, no encaja, cambio de opinión, ya no es necesario, etc.), los clientes son responsables del costo de envío de devolución junto con una tarifa de reposición del 20 % aplicada. También debe guardar su número de seguimiento para confirmar cuándo se recibió su artículo en nuestra ubicación. Los artículos que se devuelvan debido a defectos o problemas de calidad se le proporcionará una etiqueta de devolución prepaga cuando nos proporcione cualquier imagen o video que muestre el problema que está encontrando.

4: Si se descubre que un artículo está dañado durante el envío. No acepte ni firme por el producto. Simplemente rechace el paquete con el transportista y comuníquese con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente lo antes posible.
