There are 2 ways to install this desk mount, which are a c-clamp and grommet. C-clamp mounting is for a desk without holes, which fits a desk with a thickness of 0.4"-3.33". Grommet mounting is for a desk with holes that fits a desk with a thickness of 0.4"-2.3" and a hole diameter of 0.4"-2.3". The installation can be done in 4 simple steps. 1. Choose clamp or grommet and install the arm to the desktop. 2. Attach the VESA plate to the monitor. 3. Slide the monitor to the arm. 4. Adjust proper tension for the monitor.
